There are two investment options available:

Investing in real estate as a debt lender.
This means you provide a lien that is secured by real estate. Our company will provide returns of at least 8-12% paid quarterly/yearly or when the property sells. You can decide which option best suits your tax strategy. We ensure that every investment has at least 30% equity in the property, over and above the loan amount.

Investing in real estate as an equity partner.
This means you become an equity partner in the deal and receive a share of all profits from the income and appreciation when sold. We have very strict buying criteria to ensure solid returns for our investors.
